Hello all UK daily Ubuntu(ers)

Feeling really positive about creating the changes we all want to embrace once we are united. We are the ones we're looking for and therefore owe it to ourselves to get together and start getting this Ubuntu UK ball rolling.

Has anyone got any ideas about how we might start a "one small town" or even be willing to re-locate so we're at least together geographically?

I feel we all want to create an abundant life but we are divided physically to really make a tangible start. Would be interesting to hear all your thoughts on what we can come up with.

In love & light.

Welcome Luke it all starts with a seed and there is so much you can do. You're quite correct many of us are scattered across the Country and i kind of commute between Yorkshire and Cornwall. Try and find like minded people, grow veg, avoid large corporations especially banks. Ground yourself and share your vision with others. You find when you send energy out it returns in amazing ways - visualise is as it will comex

Absolutely Jonathan, growing veg and learning about permaculture is high on my priority list. I'm involved now in a new community Garden project here in Cambridge and am looking forward to meeting other like-minded folk in the flesh. Hope your farm in Cornwall is going well Jon.

Thanks Luke that's really a friends project who i'm supporting our main work is through our well being studio. Helping people with illness's and diets, as well as other mini projects. Good for you to get stuck in to many just sit waiting when they are creators. I look at the UK and it's full of people waiting to stop these political parasites but if everyone stood up it'd be sorted - the same goes for Banking.

We're working on something else which will pull people together to create a platform, that came through some feedback. Unrelated to Ubuntu but gives you an idea what some communities are doing. We found we needed to communicate with others who are remote and needed support in some manner. It's basic networking but will create a massive cooperative that can bring real change, political or otherwise.
